Had absolutely no idea who this company was or what they were for when I opened my bank to discover nearly £30 had been taken out of my disability payments. I suspect they were attached to one of the loan finder companies I used a month ago. Clearly, a scam considering their pricing far exceeds the value of what they seem to be offering. It seems they track social media for mentions of your names, something anyone with a smartphone or computer could do for absolutely nothing.

Tired of predatory companies like this taking from the most desperate. Absolute scumbags.

Just been scammed for £29. I'm a severely disabled man and receive very little money. Is there any process for getting a refund for this??

Avoid this company total fraud luckily my bank stopped the payment and have blocked them from ever taking any other money, I spoke to the trading standards office is Sale, they are looking into this companies dealings, so if your having problems contact trading standards and as a member of staff said they were regulated by the Financial Ombudsman, they are not have also spoke to the Ombudsman, this company is causing waves between the regulators, be careful avoid them UPDATE...Action for fraud are aware of this operation as are trading standards, been advised by the FCA and Action for fraud that shortly this organisation will be shut down

Checked eligibility for a loan through text total scam they have just tried to take 29.95 out my account luckily I dont keep money in that account. I picked the option to reject signing up to there company when I filled in the online form so this company is totally fraudulent praying on desperate people.

How come you have taken £29.95 out of my bank account. Can you respond to is and explain why? And if then is going to be a another payment going to been taken out of my bank account?

I don't know this company or had any dealings with them yet there is a pending amount of £29.25 from my account. I am in the process of reporting this Fraud to my Bank.
Update: I have been advised to contact the Retailer Disputes Team within my Bank as the Bank does not class this as a Fraud.

I have never had any dealings with this company or any other such company yet they’ve taken £29.95 out of my account early hours of this morning. Have tried contacting the company but have had no reply. Have raised issue with the bank but I have to wait for the payment to come out of pending. I’m fuming as it wasn’t my money they took it was my 9 years olds pocket money she had been saving

Scam company took money out my account claiming they acted as a third party for a loan i applied for yet i don't have an account for i called them out on their BS only to have them put the phone down on me and then wouldnt answer when i rang back.

Didn’t even sign up for this complete scam will be contacting them in the morning and will proceed with legal action. Dirty scum bags

I noticed there was attempt to take 29.25 from my account when I spoke to them Informed them I didn’t use there site apparently it was a another site linked to there’s apparently I had a 14 day cancellation when asked for a refund was told no total scam

Checked my bank this morning to find they’ve took £29 out when I didn’t sign up to it absolutely shocking!!

Just took £29.95 out a severely disabled man's account today, who are these rip merchants have to be stopped ASAP!!

Tried taking £29.95 without my permission.
Hadnt even signed up to these.

Took money even after I didnt authorize it then when I phone they claimed it was for a month b4 when it wasnt & I was out off the cooling time so refuse to refund will take them to court it's not about the money it's the priceable of it they have taken the last of my cash so now I cant get food or even electric scummy scam artists!!!!!!

Scammed out of £29.95 I did not authorise! I'm within 14 days cooling off period so "hopefully" they will refund me! Log onto the web site & click on cancel subscription! Or call 0330 3502723! These people need to be taken down asap & fast!!!!!!
