I needed a new screen for my laptop and found what I was looking for at Require IT LTD. After placing my order, I was contacted by them just to check if I had ordered the correct laptop screen as they vary quite a lot. They helped me to makesure that I had the correct screen so that I could buy with confidence from them. Once we established that It was the correct laptop screen they sent me it to me very quickly.
I am pleased to say my laptop now has a new screen and works well.

Manage to break my 17" HP laptop screen and bought a replacement screen from IT LTD. I was as a bit reluctant to buy a screen on eBay but when I received the Screen, I was happy as the screen gave my laptop a new life.
The customer service was excellent as soon as I placed the order received an email to confirm the model number so that I do receive an appropriate screen fro my laptop and the screen was packed properly in a bubble wrap.
The delivery was quick and the screen came with a guarantee period.
I Will recommend this seller! excellent product.

I needed a replacement laptop screen with a digitiser. I was wary of non OEM parts as many eBay sellers cautioned that "a compatible part might be sent".

Require IT Ltd offered refurbished parts with small blemishes, but fully functional. Unlike other sellers the description was clear and the part was a like for like replacement.

I made an offer, which Require IT Ltd promptly accepted. The screen arrived very quickly, securely packaged and the laptop is now repaired and as good as new.

I ordered on ebay a replacement screen for my laptop. I paid for it and within no time the company messaged me asking for the numbers on the back of my laptops screen, I returned the information to them & within a few days my new replacement screen arrived. I fitted it & it works excellent, even better clearer then my old one did before it got broken. thank you. Will order again if needed & will recommend them to anyone I know looking for replacement screens.

I tried to return an item using their supplied prepaid return label, the barcode on this label was not recognised at the post office and after several failed attempts at an established local post office, I contacted Require IT via eBay (purchased from eBay) to investigate why the barcode was not recognised. The post office kindly took a photo of the error and this was forwarded to Required IT as proof that the barcode simply was not recognised. Note that I have returned other items from other sellers on eBay using their return label at the same post office with no issues.

Required IT kept on insisting that their barcode was valid and checked by eBay and in the end suggested that I pay for the return and this would be refunded.

At some point, the communication with this company became very unprofessional, with one of their representatives threatening to "block me" on eBay! I was also accused of not telling the truth, although I kept records of all the communications automatically logged on eBay.

In the end of this time-wasting communication with this company and out of pure frustration, I decided to take the company at their word and pay the return cost.

The item was successfully returned, but Require IT refused to refund the postage cost. Throughout the communication with this company, mostly via eBay, I have been referred to as “ignorant” and “playing the victim”. I see this as entirely unprofessional, and due to the fact that I have now lost money, and treated with contempt, I cannot recommend or give this company a positive review.

Ordered a replacement screen on Friday, received a message asking to confirm the part number to ensure I received the correct part. Very helpful service, received the part on Monday. Great service :-)

My son broke the screen on our only laptop so had to replace it quickly with home schooling and working from home! They were very knowledgeable, quick to reply to emails and received the screen next day. I would highly recommend them!

Needed a replacement screen for my HP ProBook 6470B. Found exactly what I needed on Ebay from Ebay user name ‘bumblesale’ (Require IT Ltd). After very good and fast communications, asking me for further information about the model and then ordering, the screen arrived the very next day. An excellent service, and at a very good price too!
