Very interesting curriculum research project and great communication from Oscar

great company customer service is good

This is my second time working with Research Opinions, and I cannot fault my experience. Oscar initially called me and explained the entire study in thorough detail, allowing me to feel at ease throughout the study!

Just had a research video call with Jess and she was lovely. The hour flew by.

I had a great experience with Research Opinions. The communication throughout was excellent, and Jess was friendly, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. The research topic itself was really interesting and engaging.

I’ve participated in several market research projects through Research Opinions. They’re a great company to deal with. Staff are friendly and professional, the projects are always interesting, the venues (where applicable) are easy to find and pleasant, payments are made promptly. All good, no issues at all.

I really enjoyed my experience. Amy and Jess were so lovely and helpful. I was impressed with how organised the whole event was from start to finish. The company ensured we received all information in a timely manner and they were welcoming and inclusive to all backgrounds and ensured our comfort was prioritised.

Great experience doing a focus group with this company. They were professional and communicative throughout the process from initial contact with me to the actual research session. Wouldn’t hesitate to work for them again if asked.

Love doing review for this company. Professional, friendly and communication is great. Completed online and process is easy and the lady was really lovely. Will be going straight back on to apply for more and I have recommended friends and family too.

I thought the session went very well, everyone had a chance to speak and air their opinions. It was very professionally led and a nice choice of snacks if required.

Nice venue and easy to find. Enjoyable topic and well moderated. A good mix of ideas. Although only two concepts were presented there was not enough time to complete I.e. the last five minutes we were asked to summarize a two page questionnaire. The next day we were asked to follow-up on this evening though we left all our notes with the moderator. More time should have been scheduled for the group and that is why I gave it 4 stars.

Great session on fragrance run by Jess and the team and it was very well structured. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend!

Great communication throughout, very friendly and easy to be part of

The registration process was simple, and communications in the run up to the session were helpful and clear. The research itself was really interesting and well run, and very thought provoking. I enjoyed meeting the other people on the call. Recommended.

Registering for a partially sighted research session was NOT good. I was timed out twice and had to ask. Y partner for assistance. Ironically the research sought to find situations where visually disabled people are marginalised by inconsiderate technology, among other things.
Once accepted on to the RNIB research programme, I was very impressed with the information and support prior to the sessions. Natalie was absolutely brilliant.
On the video sessions the host,Eef?, was very considerable . She ensured that we all had the time and space to contribute and expand on each other's commitments.
The introductions to the s scenarios were not always straightforward and required a bit of interpretation. We felt that simpler language could have been used.
Overall, a well run programme which was enjoyable to participate in.

It was the first research I have done. I felt the mentor was extremely kind and understanding. It was important for us the dight impaired to be honest as it will have a negative effect on the future patients. They were a good company to fo research.xx

My experiences with this company are very good since the beginning
I didn’t get any problems with payments as well

Focus group was very good made me very comfortable I really appreciate communication and reminders from Natalie enjoyed being part of it
