Great experience, managed to get online and sorted before the actual time as requested. Alec was helpful and explained what I needed to do, there pre screener questions and phone calls ensured I knew what I was signing up for and was happy to take part. Focus group was good and felt like we was all valued. Looking forward to take part in my next bit of research

I registered and within a few days I had already been signed up to a focus group for £75 which is great. I really like the website and staff are friendly. My only suggestion is to set up email alerts for new focus groups, once logged in it would be nice to see which focus groups you have already signed up for to avoid reapplying and also your website doesn’t list the focus groups according to the date they are posted to make it easier to see the newest ones. But I am really happy and looking forward to continuing to take part!

An excellent market research experience. The focus group was well organised and the team from Research Opinions were great at communicating what was expected and how the focus group would be run.

The recruitment process was straightforward and communication was good. The group interview was interesting and the interviewer was relaxed whilst being upbeat. It was interesting research and the time flew!

Jon and Oscar were cordially proficient and professional throughout my several days dealing with them. At my end at one point of the procedings a tech glitch arose but they quickly resolved the issue. I found them nice people with whom to do business.

The interviewer was friendly, it was really easy to access the online session (just via a Microsoft Teams link). I felt informed about what I was being asked and why, and most importantly listened to. It was great to feel like I was being helpful, and hopefully able to give some insights that were of use! The time went very quickly. Would absolutely be involved in this sort of thing with Research Opinions again!

I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in research about sports. It was something that really interested me, it was all carried out in an incredibly efficient, organised, and professional manner, and it opened my eyes to lots of exciting new information surrounding motorsports in particular. I would definitely recommend getting involved with research opinions as it’s a really smooth, fun, and insightful process from my experience.

Great experience! I enjoyed sharing my knowledge about the topic of the day. I learned alot too. I wish I could work in the industry as it affirmed my interests. Even though, I work in a completely different one.
