Broken parts, no response from the support team
I ordered five Mylo Handle and Lock worth $700 over two months ago. All five pieces arrived broken. Since then, I submitted all the photo and video evidence of what they asked for, and they still have provided no resolution. Moreover, the support team has stopped responding to my emails.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am an interior designer with a trade account with Residence Supply, and ordered dimmer switches for a client`s project. It said nothing about them being backordered when I placed the order and then after almost a month later when they still had not shipped and I reached out to customer service, only to find out they were backordered. They finally arrived too late so that I could not use them on my project and when I went to return them was told I was responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the restocking fee. That is insanely poor customer service especially for a trade account. I will never use this company again because of how terrible their customer service is.

Rating them 5 stars based on their improvement. I have been a client of Residence Supply since 2024. There were a few repeated hiccups back then when I began purchasing from them but I would say since last 6 months, I have seen a lot of improvement in their product quality, lead time and also customer service. They seem to have place themselves in the design industry really well and fast and that too at an affordable price. They have not asked me to put a review or something but really wanted this to reach to other designer fellows who are looking for a good vendor.

These are the most beautiful light switches I’ve ever seen. I had high expectations because of the price and I got even more than I expected. The packaging was even beautiful and so intentional.
