I like the fixtures but there's no way to replace the bulb without removing the complete fixture from its mounting/pilaster. Also, the delivery took much longer than expected.

website is deceptive. when ordering lights they do not indicate that the lights are not in stock and need to be manufactured at thir convenience ( several other orders may be ahead of yours so no telling when they may get to it ) i payed for the expedited shipping and the insurance to make sure the lights would arrive in a timely manner and even after paying the extra fees i still have not received them

This is really a tremendous company when it comes to customer service, and my customer service agent was absolutely the best and is working so hard for me to get a resolution.
I am literally so far outside of the time period to send my product back if there was an issue.
Well, once I opened up the package, two of four of these lights were broken which probably got broken by the trucking company and is not Dazuma’s fault.
But with the permits in my town taking an extra long time, I didn’t even need my lights to be put in-for over a year
I really didn’t realize that I should probably open them up and check to make sure that they were OK or not because I had literally had over20 to 30 other products sitting in my garage waiting for this permit situation
But even my fat going on, Dazuma understands and is really trying hard to find me a great resolution so I can get all these lights up and working.
This is truly a great company, thank you Dazuma
I will write another review when all this is resolved and let you all know the conclusion! That I have faith in this company

I bought four matching Aluminum Glass Fence lights. These are photographed beautifully on their website, I recommend scrolling thru the photos to the one that is not showcased outside, there if you zoom closely ;you can see how poorly they are made. They arrived and all were very poorly made. Metal and paint burrs were left everywhere requiring hours of hand filing to make them look half way decent. I'm having them reprimed and painted hoping that they look half as good as they do in the pictures. Definitely NOT worth the price. I wouldn't have paid $20 had I seen how poor the quality was. I don't mind thin metals. But having to finish the job of the manufacturer is frustrating. Shiooing took a couple of weeks. Wish I could post before and after pics.

I purchased a light from Dazuma which was delivered in a timely manner. Upon installing the light there was a problem with the wiring. I called customer service and Mhaica handled my situation. After sending pictures and explaining my situation with the light they are sending me out a new one. Thank U for taking care of this problem without creating one.
I recently purchased lighting from Dazuma for our neighborhood Clubhouse gym renovation, and the experience turned out to be fantastic thanks to their exceptional customer service. I found the perfect fixtures on their site—modern, stylish, and exactly what we needed to elevate the space.
In the middle of our renovation, we lost our onsite manager, and unfortunately the lights were mistakenly shipped to their residence instead of the clubhouse. Once I discovered the issue, I reached out to Dazuma and was connected with Mhaica, who was truly amazing from start to finish.
She immediately jumped in to help, providing detailed tracking updates so we could monitor the shipment and retrieve the fixtures. The lights ended up being held in customs for over three weeks, which added to the frustration, but throughout the entire delay, Mhaica stayed on top of the situation, communicated clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Once the fixtures finally arrived and were installed, they looked absolutely great—exactly what we envisioned for the renovated gym.

I purchased three sets of lights all in the same family. Two of the sets have failed. I reached out initially when one set went out and it was past the one year mark so they only offered me 25% off that after talking with the customer service, they went up to 50% off to replace the first set. Now a second set of lights have failed and the customer service once again sent me a 25% off offer. I think it’s pretty ridiculous when 75% of the lights that you purchased fail in less than three years. I would not purchase any products from this company due to the high failure rate in their products. I believe they know that they have an issue with quality and do not care because they’ve built a system where the customer has to come back to replace lights because they have other lights they are continuing to try and keep. I have other light fixtures that are 10+ years and never had an issue. These light fixtures are not the cheapest to purchase but I would say they are the most problematic light fixtures I’ve purchased. I’m mostly frustrated because I have hired electricians at $250 per visit to tell me there’s nothing they can do because the lights are bad. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company.

We purchased a light for our bathroom that is labeled as "dimmable" in the product title, but when the light was installed, it was not dimmable, and only flickered when we attempted to dim it. We contacted the company and they claimed that we had not selected the dimmable option when purchasing the dimmable light. This was purchased as part of a longer construction project, so we had not installed the light within 30 days of it arriving, and the company would not offer us an exchange or refund, or any solution beyond suggesting that we not use a wall dimmer. This was not the level of support I would expect when purchasing a $300 product.
