Overall a good experience. Several of our items were backordered and took a while to get to us, but the staff were fairly communicative throughout. We also had one switch arrive broken. The replacement process was a little bumpy, but we got it figured out.

Exceptional Service (5++) Rating: After several burst pipes on multiple floors and subsequent renovations, I purchased single brass and multi-gang custom toggles switches from Residence Supply. Although these switches add polished cohesion throughout my home and always receive immediate callouts from vendors, repair crews and guests alike, it was the customer service I received when a toggle switch snapped that I have appreciated the most.
My issue with the switch was immediately addressed by a human customer service representative (thank you David!) without having to engage through a chain of AI bots or time-consuming phone tree. WITHIN 1 HOUR my case was escalated through appropriate channels, the shipping process commenced AND I was kept informed every step of the way through email messaging.
As I have come across many issues, both in shipping and performance concerns, in the last year and a half of renovations, I have a very wide and multi-variate field of comparison.
Beyond impressed with David, the focused customer service and speedy turnaround. Amazing Job from RS Team and I would highly recommend purchase from this company--not only for the beautiful upgrade to your home from their products--but also the knowledge that when things skew a little sideways you are seamlessly, without hassle, efficiently supported by their team and work ethic in making it right.

Purchased a chandelier in December…
Purchased a chandelier in December 2025. Confirmed all options selected are correct prior to ordering. Received item 2 months later - wrong options sent. It is currently 6/17. Over 60 emails back and forth and they have sent wrong parts, manager refused to speak with me, and still waiting on the needed parts since they refused a return and refund. Please know they aren’t on your side and will make you wish you never heard of them before. Trust me, it’s not worth the brain damage.

Dishonest and unprofessional--and site is still wrong.
The 15-20 day shipped ended with no communication from RS. I asked for ETA and got nothing. The product team is dishonest and unprofessional:
I ordered 1 x 100W and 1 x 200W power supply units for two different rooms. RS tells me the 200W power supply is really 150W but they'll send two, so it's okay.
I tell them they are for different rooms, so NOT okay, but I'll pick different lights to lower the total wattage. Five days later they tell me that 5W lights are not "supported", but (original) 10W lights are (?!). THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN THE DESIGN. It's just track lighting, not rocket science.
I suspect that RS is having supply problems, but instead of being honest about it, they chose to stall with B.S. excuses and idiotic suggestions.

Waiting for 1 month and 8 days for a lamp
I ordered a Zuru floor lamp on May 8, today is June 16 and I still did not receive it. They are not giving any updates even though they said it shipped 2 weeks ago. No tracking number, nothing. They not reliable and their unprofessionalism is beyond comprehension. Don’t let their fancy website fool you. They manufacture and ship the products from China.
