I am a dedicated restaurant dot com User

I have been an extremely loyal restaurant.com user, since since I found it many, many years ago. And to this day I still use it. The only problem I have is very simple. I would love to be able to use the app again. For some reason, the app doesn't work for me. But the restaurants that accept the website seem to accept it with no question. And so I'm saving money all the time. And the certificates I bought many years ago, still work. So I love it. I'm gonna give it 5 stars and it's a recommend to anyone. I have a restaurant I go to every month or so, sometimes 2 or 3 timesa nd they honor it each time.
It's gotten to be good in my cities few restaurants and other cities too. So I couldn't recommend it more highly except for the fact I can't use the app for some reason.

There are not enough restaurants in…

There are not enough restaurants in this program. Also, the phone number that the restaurant calls, does not remove the coupon. I learned that you need to wait for the instructions to completely end before you make a selection. If you enter early, the recording instructions just hang up on you. So I'm the one who has to call in my coupons after I use them so they get deleted from my account. I have reported this, but nothing gets done about it.

Don’t waste your time or money.

Savannah Davis from Restaurant.com reached out to me requesting a review. I responded immediately and raised a legitimate issue I’ve experienced with the platform: several restaurants listed either refuse to accept the coupons you’ve already purchased and paid for, or make it clear they don’t want to honor them—often claiming they’re “trying to cancel” their participation. I expected a response addressing the concern. Instead, I received no reply and then, days later, a follow-up email again asking for the review—without acknowledging the problem at all.
At that point, the app becomes effectively useless. A coupon platform only works if the restaurants actually accept the coupons. If they don’t—or if redeeming them turns into an awkward negotiation—it’s a waste of both time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Repeat Customer, Great Value, Easy to Order

I have used Restaurant.com and enjoyed the benefts for several years now. The specials they offer on local restaurants are great for casual dining as well as for large family groups and celebrations. The pricing for the certificates is very reasonable. Hopefully they will be able to expand the choices of restaurants even more in the new year.

Good program

Restaurant.com offers great deals and many local restaurants participate. Navigating the website to purchase points for later use should be easier than it is but the overall program is good
