Easy to setup and ease of use for multiple stores.

Swift, very swift

We are a nonprofit rock/blues radio station, Sacramento's K-ZAP k-zap.org. We sell our merchandise as means to raise money for our nonprofit. We are thrilled about the potential of how Retainful can help us create more customers that may have slipped thru the cracks. Also looking forward to using their email capabilities because they appear to be better than what we've had at Mailchimp for almost 10 years now.

The customer support team is polite, patient and super helpful. They have been in touch to fix the issue and constantly updating about the situation. There are some features the plugin lacks, but considering they are farely new, I believe more features will be added soon.

We have found Retainful to be very affordable relative to their competitive set. They are feature-rich, and their support team is extremely responsive to any requests or clarifications, no matter how small.
We moved away from Brevo as it was a nightmare to set up workflows that worked, and Brevo's documentation was almost non-existent.
I recommend Retainful.

I was trying this plugin for the very first time for LMS site. It seems to me really promising and they are support systems are really good.

She walked me through the steps clearly, made sure I understood the process, and followed up to confirm everything was working smoothly. It’s rare to find such responsive and dedicated support, and I really appreciate the professionalism and quick turnaround. Retainful’s support has definitely made my experience with the app even better.

Easy to use and mega functional. Integration with WooCommerce is easy. I have been using a lot of email automation tools, but Retainful provides the best value for bucks.

I had a bit of confusion setting up Retainful with my domain and DNS records, and Nihasini from their support team was absolutely amazing. They patiently explained everything in detail, clarified the subdomain setup, SPF/DKIM/SPF records, and even reassured me about the MX records — making sure I fully understood what was mandatory and what was optional.

Their guidance was clear, professional, and super friendly, and thanks to Nihasini, my email setup is now working perfectly with both transactional and marketing emails separated. I couldn’t recommend Retainful’s support more — top-notch service and expertise!
