I left a poor review for a company through Reviews.io, which still, four days later, doesn't appear anywhere. They promised the review would be posted two days ago, but that was a lie! They also say the company can "moderate" the review, which means filtering out poor reviews. So don't believe the reviews from these guys! Ironic I am leaving a review for a review company (Reviews.io) on another (trusted) review company (Trustpilot) site!

This is a fraudulent website!

I've sent 6 emails now asking for a negative review to be lifted from our company. The company they purchased from is listed on Amazon, we do not sell, or have ever sold on Amazon. The product they mention in the post we do not even have. The support team is nonexistent and the live chat is broken.

Horrible company and zero chance I would ever give my credit card details to this shady company.

This company will hold your credit card hostage. I've never had more trouble cancelling an account. And even after cancelling they will charge you again becuase they say you have to give them more than 30 days notice. Which is wild considering their service automatically renews every 30 days. So there is zero chance to cancel before your next payment hits.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with reviews.io that I believe others should be aware of. After purchasing a BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS 7.7 from ElectroParrilla.com for €3501.18, I discovered the company to be untrustworthy. The company's address appears to be incorrect, the phone number doesn't connect to the business, I haven't received my order, and I haven't been refunded.
I turned to reviews.io, which presents ElectroParrilla.com as a 5-star company, to share my negative experience. However, reviews.io refused to publish my review, citing reasons that seemed designed to protect the reputation of the businesses they list. This refusal to publish genuine, negative reviews suggests that reviews.io is not impartial and does not protect the rights of buyers. It appears they may prioritize economic factors over transparency and fairness.
This experience was extremely distressing, and I feel compelled to alert others about the lack of impartiality and buyer protection on reviews.io. Please share this information to help others avoid similar issues.

This review is related to my experience with reviews.io in the context of a site that uses it, ThePiHut.com. Search for my negative Trustpilot review on ThePiHut.com for more info, but basically I submitted a 1-star review for a poor product and that review did not get added to the product, even after complaining to them (ThePiHut). There was no profanity or anything in my review -- it just detailed two design flaws of the product. I suppose that ThePiHut thought that if someone saw my review, they wouldn't buy the product. And I think they'd be right! ThePiHut said that the person responsible for screening the reviews was away but they did at least refund me, even though there's nothing in their policy about faulty products. This was obviously a lie since as of 10/07/24 (today) my 1-star review for the Transducer has still not appeared on the product listing and this product still has a sole 5-star review!

I understand that companies have to have good PR, but it's just plain wrong rejecting a review that rightfully criticises a bad product, and reviews.io gives companies the power to do just that.

I can confirm from personal experience that reviews.io is just a fake reviews site. It's a paid service that allows a company to control reviews.

I have sent 4 emails to their customer support without a reply. For being a review site, they sure don't take pride in follow up.

Very disappointing serve when you drop off the car. The staff cheats you with the fuel which is returned and are very impolite. We needed police assistance and even with police assistance no solutions was found. Management was not available and did not took up the phone. Never never rent a car by this company as the service is too bad and staff is cheating you. In addition they confront you with a fine but don’t show you any proof and you have to pay double the amount.

Didn't like the fact that once you review you lose the ability to own the review, such as if things change or maybe that a typo has occurred.

It's my review, I should own it and have full control of it. You use my name and yet I can't delete it.....

Sent proof of purchase from a company selling advertising. said would only accept a link from the company itself. Bias reviews. Paid by companies so protects them

Everything about using this company for job opportunities is wrong. All of the job lists were awful and nothing I could use. I sent several emails trying to get them to change without any change or responses. I'd never use them again or refer them to anyone. Even if they were the last company on earth.

wanted to leave * review but it wont let me. so i guess bussinisses can bribe them to block bad reviews. Reviews on their website can not be trusted

Their reviews of kismia dating app is false crap and faked. I actually bought the subscription based upon reviews.io's findings and conclusions kismia would be real, but to my surprise peck of lies deceptions. I am here in Dubai mostly the rest are abroad. Please do not fall for the trap of reviews.io.

AIIOLTD in my experience, allows third party sellers to sell their products. Did not receive order in a timely fashion. Order was incomplete, as the order was missing supporting parts, making the product useless.
In my experience, shop elsewhere.

Cannot believe the reviews on here the scammers your amazing.

I can confirm that they're bribers and that they do indeed cover scamers. I wanted to review a platform on their website, and they asked me to send them some kind of proof which I did by sending them screenshots that I am indeed a lifetime subscriber and they rejected me saying that they need some kind of additional proof. They have insisted like they're protecting these scamers by any means necessary which is beyond me. So like most of the users said here I don't recommend to anyone following reviews on their site because reviews are fabricated and aren't genuine. Shame on them and the whole website!
