Great job all round!

Great service from a local firm who did everything they said they would do. Rob and Alex were very skilled and helpful and even mage a cracking job at cleaning up. Our new shutters are fantastic!

I spent nearly £700 with Reynolds…

I spent nearly £900 with Reynolds Blinds for a full survey, supply and installation service in a brand new home, expecting a professional finish and quality products. Instead, I’ve spent the last three years living with blinds that have never worked properly from day one.

The Venetian blinds have never sat flush when closed, constantly leave gaps that let light through, regularly spring back open after being adjusted, and most concerning of all, fail to provide proper privacy in upstairs bedrooms — meaning people can still see in from the street when lights are on.

This was not a DIY order. Reynolds measured, supplied and installed everything themselves, so responsibility for the fit and function should be obvious.

After finally deciding enough was enough and contacting them, I was met with what can only be described as copy-and-paste corporate indifference.

Rather than addressing the fact that the blinds have never functioned correctly, Reynolds repeatedly hid behind warranty periods and focused entirely on one argument:

“You should have complained sooner.”

Not once did they actually address whether blinds that don’t stay shut, leave privacy gaps, and fail at their basic purpose are acceptable products.

Their solution?

Pay them £78 just to come out, then pay additional removal charges, repair charges, transport charges, and another call-out fee to refit them.

So to summarise:

* Pay premium prices
* Receive blinds that never work properly
* Be ignored when raising legitimate concerns
* Be told it’s your fault for not complaining sooner
* Be expected to pay even more money for them to investigate their own poor workmanship

Their website proudly talks about quality, reliability and long product life.

Apparently that means three years of badly functioning blinds and zero accountability.

Would not recommend.

If you value privacy, quality workmanship, or customer service after they’ve taken your money, look elsewhere.
