Good cable, speedy service.

Received the wrong item which is worth less than 9€.
Then I had to jump through the hoops and spend my own precious time to send it back with the promise they will send the correct one once they receive it meaning I won't be able to use the Item when I was needing it!
All other companies I have dealt with in the past when they make a mistake like this and the Item is less than 10€ (often even 20), they have sent the correct one first and said that if I could send the wrong one back (in my own time) would be nice but not strictly necessary!

Needed a shorter cord for my Astro's, ordered a 1.2 meter (4 foot) cord got a 1.98 meter (6.5 foot).

The quality and price was good, but shipping and handling was slow.

It has been close to 3 weeks for an International order. The order confirmation email(s) state I can track my shipment, but when I go to the click on the provided link it only shows my initial order and there is no tracking status/update. The only item related to tracking was a link to click on for receiving notifications - which I have not received.

It seems my shipment was held up in Customs for weeks. However, the REYTID team were extremely supportive and responsive in tracking my order on their end and prepared to ship me a new order (at their expense). Fortunately my order finally arrived at the final hour (day) so no replacement was necessary.

Kudos to the RETID team for their support and interest in getting the situation resolved
