I am publishing this review to formally warn other founders and enterprise clients about the operational practices of RG Infotech (Ramakant Gupta) and their connected entity, Wepdroid Technologies (operating under the alias "Vikky Deewan").
My engagement with this agency resulted in a severe financial loss of $19,500 USD due to a highly coordinated bait-and-switch and fee circumvention scheme. Their operation functions as follows:
They utilize profiles on major freelance platforms to capture leads under the RG Infotech/Ramakant Gupta identity.
Once communication is moved to WhatsApp, they refuse to execute the contract on the original platform. Instead, they hand the project over to a secondary persona ("Vikky Deewan" / Wepdroid Technologies) and push the client to sign a contract on a rival platform to establish false legitimacy.
Once that contract is active, they systematically demand all high-value project milestones be paid entirely off-platform via direct international bank wires and PayPal, explicitly violating platform escrow protections.
Zero usable code was delivered. This network's financial diversion tactics are currently the subject of an active criminal investigation by the UK National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.
