Sizes are completely wrong and of course delivery time is ridiculous

Firstly the delivery times are awful. However this can be overlooked when it comes to good products. But this is definitely not the case here. I bought £100 worth of clothing in medium size yet the tracksuit top feels more like a large and the polo shirt feels like a small. When wearing the polo it looks like I have squeezed into my PE kit from back when I was 13 years old. (I am 19 years old now…)

On top of all of this the material of clothing feels cheap and tacky and the logos are badges look poorly stitched on.

Worst part about it all is that there’s not much point complaining to the company themselves as there is no refunds and exchanges and even if they did send me out another size polo, it would take an eternity to arrive.

Edit: This is my reply to your response Rhino direct.

I have never had any sizing issues before with items of clothing. As I of regular build and fit into Medium tops/shirts/jumpers all perfectly fine. So this must be a manufacturing issue on your behalf. I am happy to return the item but this would be at your cost due to the item not being up to satisfactory quality.

Our turnaround times for made-to-order club/university kit are production timescales and not delivery, production times for bespoke clothing can vary depending on order volumes. We stock plain items only in our warehouse, which then get decorated accordingly for your order when we receive it. This is the reason that these predicted timescales for bespoke items are longer. Plain item orders are currently dispatched within 1-2 working days. To ensure our customers understand this turnaround for bespoke orders, we require a disclaimer box to be ticked and accepted before bespoke products can be purchased. We display all of this information on our website and include this in our confirmation emails. When your order was placed we advised up to 12-14 weeks, but I can see we delivered your items within a 4-5 week timescale. Our items are sometimes designed to offer different fits and where necessary we will display this information in the product description, however if our customers have any doubt in sizing we encourage them to get in touch before placing their order and we would be happy to advise. We have not received any other complaints regarding the fit and quality of these garments and they have been in our range for over 5 years. Bespoke items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable but this does not apply if there are any manufacturing issues, please contact us and we can take a further look into this for you.

I recently ordered a new case for my I…

I recently ordered a new case for my I pad and after a few days received it via the post. This case was certainly the best of the three previous cases. Hope it will live longer the last one which only survived for three months before cracking! The only reason for not giving 5* was that I didn’t receive my promised 10% discount.

Over inflated delivery costs (Given the time it takes to actually receive goods)

Order placed beginning of Dec 2021, zero communication nor estimated delivery timescale provided. After contacting via email to enquire where goods were at / when to expect delivery the response received was severely lacking I'm any form of customer care & rather abrupt. Still no further on & have no idea when my goods will arrive.

Which I presume is what the nature of your order will be, as you mentioned you placed the order in December. As plain item orders are currently being sent out in 2-3 working days or less. We have this info on our website and confirmation emails in regards to bespoke orders and our customers also have to tick a disclaimer box before placing their order to confirm they are aware of this. Which you would have to do to enable the order to go through. Delivery costs are not based on production time but rather the cost it takes to ship a parcel from us to you. If you do not want to wait the production time that is no problem, please contact us and we will organise to cancel and refund your order. Shocking customer service

I ordered more than £80 worth of kit in October 2019, was aware of a potentially long wait due to personalisation however 18 months later I am yet to receive my order, with little help or support from the customer service team when I have contacted them. Incredibly disappointed.

Hi Beau,

This order was sent out over a year ago, you first contacted us about it not being there 8 months after we sent it, so as you can imagine it would be hard to track it's exact whereabouts after this length of time. We suggest customers contact us as early as possible to insure we can be of more help. As it was sent to university halls, the delivery will only go as far as the reception desk, as they cannot go to individual rooms. I am not sure how long they keep parcels at reception after they have been delivered. But we produced the order and sent it. Maybe worth asking at the desk again to double check?
