great shopping experience

it was easy to browse and select items that I wanted.

Delivery took only a couple of days. Which made everything overall great!

Very costly delivery though...

Quick and efficient delivery...don’t go to Rhino!!!

If you’re after a quick and efficient service don’t go to Rhino and their customer service is almost nonexistent. Ordered a match kit for my son for his uni team end of November for an xmas present then noticed on their website a banner which said orders placed after 15th November won’t start to be delivered until after 27th January!!! So from order date to anywhere near being delivered is 2 months minimum! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

From 2020, avoid this company altogether

Avoid this company like the plague. When your kit eventually arrives (roughly 2 months after purchase and never 4 weeks) it'll have either the wrong logo or no logo. When you try to contact the customer service, they won't reply.
Somewhere between purchase and the 2 month delivery time, the logo and customer service is lost in the post - how convenient!
There's many other companies out there for your University kit orders, go elsewhere to avoid more money going in Rhinos back pocket.

Love my kit.

Had to wait a bit longer than originally stated for my order, the customer service team kindly explained there was a slight delay due to the amount of orders they had received. This is understand due to the amount of detail and time that goes into decorating one university kit item. At the end of the day there are worse things going on in the world than a slight delay to my university order. It has now arrived and I love it. Thank you.

This company are awful

This company are awful! Don’t get me wrong, MOST of the kit they produce is amazing but some of it just feels horrendously tacky! And they have THE WORST customer service system ever!

I was told my order would arrive within 4 weeks but it took 6 and I didn’t get a single reply to any of my emails to Rhino PLUS now that it has arrived I’m missing items anyway! Most ridiculously overpriced and useless company I’ve ever had to deal with, STAY FAR FAR AWAY

The colour of one of the items i ordered looked different to how they appeared on the website. The Rhino amended this for me tight away. Clothes are good quality
