If you don’t have a credit card. They will try to sell you a very expensive insurance, even you already bought one. And if you don’t buy this cover from them, they will tell you it will cost you the same amount on bank transfers (paying deposit). I don’t recommend this service at all.

DON'T Rent here - the auto renter tried to charge $1600 to hold and very unethical to not clear state that up front. --I Never used the services yet we're billed and I am pursuing legal if they don't return my funds.
Do yourself a favor and do not rent here.

1st time car rental
1st time of renting a car in USA thought I'd treat myself. Booked mustang convertable ...or simular not even close I was offered cadillac, gmc tahoe or BMW x3 . There was just me . Had BMW x3 as smallest . Spoilt holiday from start never goin rent from you / dollar /hertz again . Will also tell friends. At least HD got the right bike I booked

Was told all Taxes were included, then was charged £178.00 VAT, Rhino said I should ring the car hire company the car hire company told me to ring Rhino. Will update if I get my money back

Worst service ever and a rip off
I booked a car for hire in August for £29 through rhinocarhire.com. The car was due to be collected from Palma airport in Mallorca. On collection I was forced to pay an additional €101 extra by Goldcar in order to take the car, we had no other choice as this was our first time in Mallorca and we needed to get to our hotel which was a one hour drive away. This extra charged wasn’t mentioned before at any point, the Goldcar employees told us that Rhino car hire take their fee for the car hire and Goldcar have to apply their fee on collection. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a car hire company. To add further insult I’ve contacted Rhino car hire multiple times and they’ve not responded to my query or explained why I was charged more money at the airport. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company, they’re not reputable and have awful customer service. Stick with a reputable hire company and pay a little bit extra.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I booked a car from the large car category “5 seats 4 suitcases” and chose the wild card option to save £20 or so. When we arrived in LA we where told that the days wild card was a Ford Fiesta and that if we wanted a car from the large category we would have to pay an additional $176.

Worst customer service EVER.
I got sick on the day that I was supposed to collect the car. I called to cancel my booking and more than 2 weeks after (which was supposed to be 48 hours) they replied saying that they would not do any refund.
The customer advisers working in the call centre know nothing about the service it self, and they cannot help in anything actually.
I will not advise this service to anyone. It is just awful and it is a scam.
