As for the towel rails themselves; not yet fitted but look good. No reason to assume that they are going to weep or leak or fail to perform as expected.

Five Star Service!
The Rhinorails website was quick and easy to use and although the grabrail we wanted wasn't in stock, it was available for pre-order as they were expecting more stock the next Friday, so that's what we did.
We recieved delivery the following Friday, as promised, and the rail itself was of great quality, had the correct fixings and was very well packaged.
Well done Rhinorails - very professional.

We initially ordered a 700mm hand rail…
We initially ordered a 700mm hand rail which was delivered promptly via an overnight service as promised. The rail itself is very sturdy and of excellent quality so we then ordered a 500mm hand rail to fit to an adjacent wall in the same shower enclosure. Once again, an excellent product but on this occasion Rhinorails were let down by their delivery service. After contacting Rhinorails about the non delivery we were extremely impressed by their response. Not only did they try to resolve the situation with the delivery company but as I needed the rail over the weekend they even offered to deliver another rail themselves. Simply outstanding customer service. Well done Rhinorails.
