Excellent customer service, delighted with the rails, we needed them for our disabled daughters shower but wanted them to look good as well as being useful , the rails are fab!!

Ordering very easy with a good range of products to choose from. I needed four grab rails and they did not disappoint. Very sturdy, good quality stainless steel and guaranteed for 25 years. Everything to install them was included along with instructions. They look quality and are.

Delivery very quick. Securely wrapped with fragile stickers to prevent damaged packaging.

This is the third stainless steel Rhino towel rail I’ve fitted to replace existing rusting chromed mild steel ones. I’ve found every one of them to be of the highest quality and the method of fixing is outstanding.

Excellent service above and beyond what was required. Took my old towel rail to be converted to electric not only was that done within the hour but all new stainless steel fixing screws and rawl plugs were provided, an unexpected bonus. highly recommended

Great service. Fast delivery

I had two S/S shower hand rails sent to our builder for installation so haven't seen them yet, and can't comment on the product but the 5-stars are for client service. I phoned about my order, immediately spoke to someone (the boss I suspect) who answered all my queries instantly, promised super fast despatch(which happened) then followed up with email confirmations. Very impressive and I hope they do well in these difficult times.
