Good customer service and quality equipment. Warren was my salesman and was nice and quick to respond. I'll definitely use these guys again if needed. The delivery time is good as most are likely custom made parts.

For whatever reason FedEx in their wisdom decide to split the shipment, which will explain the delay between the two deliveries. Secondly, I think we will have advised you that the Deep Dig bucket was made to order, and we allow 3-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery to the US. The experts for digger parts
I already had a Rhinox bucket from when I bought the digger, so it was natural to get the quick hitch from the same place. Everything arrived as promised, well packed, and works brilliantly. Quality kit at a fair price is how I would describe this company.

Disappointed
Poor service says next day delivery but when ordering it does not state anywhere that the digger bucket had to be made, so took 4 weeks to receive. Poor updates of purchase and defently should not be using fedex.

We also encountered problems with transport, which is a result of Brexit, and we do not use that term as an excuse, but it has made transport a lot more complicated.
