The product was very well packaged and it arrived in great condition. The plant was a very good product at a good price. I had a good choice also.

Great selection of plants to order online. I wanted ones for a shady area of the garden and these were easy to find.

Not happy with the 15cm diameter 'Crackle glaze plant pot in ivory' that I ordered for £12.99.

It is misshapen and not round so it only measures 13cm across the top. I wish I could upload pictures showing how bad it looks and the measuring tape on top showing the size. I have a picture of a 14cm plastic pot not fitting in it, with half of it sticking out the top so not right to advertise and price it as being 15cm. Not at all as described and I can't use it as intended. :(

Quick correct plants in good condition well packed

Plants are great.
Had a major problem with the packaging, in that after delivery by Avri the bottom of the packaging had opened up & we had a lot of compost left all over our doorstep.
Not sure where the problem lies.

We've made two orders recently, for a Sumach shrub and a Fatsia Japonica. Both arrived quickly and appear to be fine specimens, as you'd expect from RHS!. Despite the heat both are now planted and getting well-watered. Very pleased with purchases.

My clematis arrived superbly well packed, obviously great care had been taken. The plants were very healthy and made immediate growth. My first RHS order and it certainly will not be the last.

A nice plant with only one redundant branch which I’ve cut back. Already grown a few inches!

Although very well packaged, the plants were not in great condition on arrival. In my opinion for the price paid, they were rather miserable specimens in very small pots.

I bought some poppy seeds that I couldn't get anywhere else. I can't give a review as I haven't planted them yet.

Soil enhancer and potting compost arrived quickly. No issue with the items I bought however they were delivered on a large wooden pallet and the delivery driver couldn’t deliver them to the side of the garage as requested because of gravel and his trolley wouldn’t work on this surface. So I got a work out (I’m 65 and haven’t been to a gym in quite a few years) moving 10x50l and 5x20l bags about 20 feet from the drive (so that our cars could get in and out) and then had to manoeuvre the wooden pallet (as the driver said they didn’t take them away) - had I known this would have been a problem I would have sourced the product elsewhere. I still have to get rid of the pallet
Which is a little annoying .
