Very bad service
I used this remittance for the first time and it didn’t end up good. The money is taking too long to reach the recipient and when I contacted their customer service, they gave me unnecessary information and excuses not answering my questions. I then cancelled it they said it will take a while for the refund. I’m hoping they will refund the amount within the given timeframe. Never again using this remittance. Customer service is so bad!!! Very unprofessional!!

Ria needs clearer information about transfer limits
I finally was able to do a transfer after many attempts and repeated incorrect information. I never was told that there are limits on how much I could transfer. After I was finally told there was a limit, I was given the wrong limit (too high), so another failure. This has been my most frustrating experience with any financial institution. Have clearer instructions. Do better.
