Process was slow and cumbersome
Process was slow and cumbersome. Had to submit information multiple times. Initial attempt was terminated but now reason given except check the help files. The help files are a joke. Had to start over for whatever reason. Money released by my bank but on hold with Ria. Finally received a phone call to verify that transaction. It would have been helpful I was notified about the delay on
line. Probably won't use your services again; the experience was too painful.
