One of my worst experiences I've had sending money
I don't usually send money with Ria; I always use Western Union. But I had an emergency, and Western Union was closed, so I had to send my money through Ria, and it's been a nightmare. I've been stuck in the Dominican Republic for a week without any money. I only came to the Dominican Republic for a week to sort something out, and now I'm going to have to go back without doing anything, just because even though I sent the documents they asked for, they haven't released the money. It's the worst experience I've ever had.

It's quick and delivered successfully in less than five minutes. But I found the transfer fee expensive comparing to others.

Terrible service PayID wont work.
Ria services is terrible PayID doesnt work and people has to use creditcards and the banks charges extra for cash advance. How long is going to gtake for RIA to fix this issue??? terrible service

After Ria's compliance team have reviewed multiple transfer to the same recipient, there should not be a delay in the recipient getting subsequent transfers.
Additionally, I should not have to pay extra, to get my money to the recipient promptly, through the use of my debit card.
