I paid for 1-2 day delivery
I paid for 1-2 day delivery - £9.50 - and the item never arrrived. DHL delivered it under a mulberry tree in a public garden well away from my house and proudly showed me a photograph!

Have had recent problems with a PVC rib and seams coming unstuck. Really annoying what with the weather. So I’ve used this company 2-3 years ago and again in the last month or so. Always a good service and delivered within 2 days which is great being in the Idle of Wight.

The glue stuck very well
The glue stuck very well, but the small bottle of activator had a loose lid and half the liquid had leaked out, so hoping I still have enough to use on the second small area

I am terribly sorry to hear that the lid was loose on the activator. Please do send photos (if you have some) of the issue. I've checked your order and can see you had a 125ml of ToobBond, which comes with 5ml of activator. Please note that the glass bottle will take 10ml of activator with ease, so the bottle does only appear half full when it has the correct amount in.
I will send you an email with this information and we will of course sort an activator for you if required.

Sorry you've felt the need to give us a 1* review, especially when you haven't contacted us about any issues. Had you contacted us, we could have looked into this right away for you.
I can see that we received your order after hours on Thursday 25th June, so promptly dispatched it on Friday 26th June.
It's typically a 4 working day delivery timescale, so I appreciate that your order is now later than expected. There are hazardous items in your order and I can see from the tracking that there were a few scans yesterday which include a "Clearance delay – Import
Clearance instructions from the importer are required." A later scan shows the shipment has now been released.
I will of course contact FedEx to see if there is anything else required, or whether all is now in order from yesterday.
Please do contact us if there are any further issues and I will send a copy of my reply by email too.
