Morning,
It's really disappointing to see you've felt the need to leave us a 1* review, especially after the email communications we've shared about your order.
We received your order on Sunday 24th May and promptly packaged your order on Tuesday 27th May (Monday being a Bank Holiday). Unfortunately DHL failed to collect parcels from us that day and we did communicate this to all customers who were affected and then followed this up with confirmation that your affected order was collected from us the following working day.
Orders to Northern Ireland do typically take 2-3 working days, which is also what you selected at checkout. The failed collection was exceptionally frustrating for us and our customers - the team had worked really hard to ensure all Bank Holiday orders were processed and packed in time for our collections. Unfortunately, the extra freight all couriers have to process can cause delays after Bank Holidays too.
We received your email yesterday (2nd June) at 13:53 and very promptly emailed back within 5minutes to confirm the parcel was at the delivery depot, but wasn't yet on a van and we would therefore contact DHL right away as this was unusual. We haven't had a reply to this email from you to suggest any further issues.
We received a reply back from DHL, which confirmed the order had by that point been delivered. The delivery time stamp shows 16:35 (2nd June). If this is not the case, and you are not in receipt of your order, please do contact us by email and we will continue to promptly assist.
I will also contact you via email in case you don't see this reply requesting you to contact us if you don't yet have your parcel.

the valve was fine however the tool…
the valve was fine however the tool that I ordered with it did not go deep enough so therefore was not fit for purpose .
Thanks for response, I was unaware that I needed to cut the handle off for the tool to fit.

Hi Pete,
Thank you for your review and feedback. I have taken a look at your order and I can see you ordered the Zodiac Semi-Recessed valve insert diaphragm and selected to add the valve tool from the drop down option.
Please note that we do state in the product description that customers need to cut the handle off the Bravo valve spanner and use it as a tubular spanner. The reason we recommend this is it is a far cheaper option compared to purchasing the professional Zodiac tool.
