Hayden was very knowledgeable and helpful. Allowing me to test all options I considered and wanted to trial. I ended up coming in smack bang on the budget I hoped to spend and ended up buying something much better than I had thought I was going for thanks to trialling exdisplay items that were in shop and reduced.

Our First TV for 5 years
Our First TV for 5 years. I was looking for something that was not ridiculously expensive but provided a decent picture. There was only one place to go and that was Richer Sounds.
I found the perfect TV, at a reasonable price and am now ready for the new Star Trek series: Star Trek Starfleet Academy.
The process for purchasing was simple and help in the store when I click and collected it was excellent.
Very pleased with the purchase and where I purchased from.

Advice given by sales staff was very good. No pressure to buy,
Advice was given & explained, Staff were very good all information was passed to me, my choices explained clearly.
Delivery was only few days all extra guaranties explained and I thought reasonable.
