Great customer service, very helpful and and experienced gentleman who helped us. Delivered next day and good price.

Always easy to shop at Richer sound either on line or in store. Bath store is not not that big but that's just a refection on thinking how much better they could do with more space. Staff are helpful and 'interested'. Parking is ok for size of store although Bath is a nightmare to navigate in a vehicle. Pricing generally competitive.

I have been a customer over 20 years. Having had to claim a tv under warranty four years ago it all went smoothly. Recently buying a new television for our living room I found your prices just as competitive as the competition online.

I ordered a Denon Hi Fi unit for collection and it had been put aside for me. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. What more can I say other than I've used them before.
