Richer Sounds… the place to go for your TV needs!
Did some shopping around online for an OLED TV and Richer Sounds worked out to be the best value… I wanted to put the order through over the phone and the gentlemen I spoke to was extremely helpful and all in all within 20 minutes my TV order was placed and I get a full 6 year warranty 👌🏽

13 March 2026. Customer Service is a concept bandied about by many companies. Unfortunately with all but a few, the walk does not match the talk. My experience with Richer Sounds (Chelsea Branch) has shown that they go above and beyond the norms of "Customer Service". Very happy. Richer Sounds are a great shop and always my first port of call.

Excellent service from Liv
We visited the store to look at TVs and had a very pleasant experience thanks to Liv. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options and answer all our questions without any pressure to buy. We eventually decided to purchase the TV, and her helpful and professional approach made the whole experience very positive. Excellent customer service and a great representative of the store.

I bought a new TV but was unhappy that it only showed me Freely. Delighted when one of the staff at Richer Sounds came round and took Freely off, instating Freeview instead. Excellent service from Richer Sounds

Great shop and experience
The whole experience in store was very pleasant. Members of staff acknowledged me, but gave me some space and time to look around.
We had a nice conversation later and it did not feel heavy with "sell" pitch.
The selection of products in store - was wide enough.

Above and beyond expectations
Had my online order delivered to local store for pickup. Store called and offered to cut speaker cable to size, and install the banana plugs that I'd ordered. A small thing, but unasked for, and saved me time and effort. Bravo Richer Sounds.

We would give 5 stars to the staff at Richer sounds, Chelsea. They were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful. Except when it came to delivery and set up of TV. The staff were not really sure about how much we would be charged. We were left with the impression that it would amount to the same sort of price that John Lewis charge.
Our issues with outsourcing delivery and setup were three fold:
The gentleman meant to set up our TV did not contact us for well over 2 weeks.
The set up charges were far more expensieve than John Lewis.
We have been left with packaging for a 55'' TV with a proviso that we need to store it for a month in case the TV proves defective and needs to be returned to the store!

I was of course very sorry to read that following a positive experience with the Chelsea branch team, there were some issues that caused you inconvenience.
As we only work with professional TV and Cinema installers this does generally mean a higher cost than a delivery courier for example, who conduct a very basic desktop setup, will charge. After trialling this in the past, with disappointing feedback, we now solely use such professional installers who are able to answer questions on the technical products as well as expertly guide you through use before leaving. I'm sorry that the branch team didn't explain this clearly, and also were not definitive on the cost, which although can vary job to job, will have a framework they can explain to customers and which I will review with them.
I'm also sorry however that the installer given the work took far too long to contact you and will of course investigate why this was with them, if there was no documented problem we were aware of we will explain that this is unacceptable for our customers. Please do dispose of the packaging if it is inconvenient to keep it, and in the event of a problem we will supply any box necessary.

Not the best experience
I ordered the speakers on the 12th and it seems to me that the customer isn't so important anymore, past orders have usually been a lot better than this one as I didn't receive the product until the 17th and had no message the night before telling me I was getting a delivery the next day, also the person I spoke with when I ordered didn't really tell me about all the drawbacks of the product like Bluetooth not working properly and although the speakers work fine with CD Computer and streaming devices they are a world of trouble with Bluetooth so my overall experience hasn't been that great, not what I expect from Richer sounds who I have always trusted to give me good advice, not this time
