Always great service from the Croydon team. Plus an added bonus of a large refund on my faulty TV under the Richer Sounds 6 year guarantee.
I had already purchased my new TV and the refund was handled, without a fuss, over the phone.

I bought a portable cassette player 3 months ago. Devloped a structural issue which meant I couldn't play cassettes on it. Took it back to Richer Sounds in South Croydon & they changed it immediately.
I'm really impressed with the level of customer service they offer

Approachable, friendly, confident and extremely knowledgeable staff. Speedy delivery of items not in stock and follow up phone call to confirm delivery at store.

It was easy to sort out what to buy on…
It was easy to sort out what to buy on the Richer Sounds website before phoning up to order. The staff I spoke to were helpful though it did take several calls and a few days to finalise the purchase. This was due to my 'non-standard' location which those of us who live on islands always find a tad irritating. We are well connected via Royal Mail and all known couriers! Anyway the TV arrived today in good order and I am part way through getting it connected. Looks good so far.
