Excellent Service
I recently bought Samsung S90F TV from Richer Sounds Croydon. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Paul (manager) who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. He also kindly held my TV until I was able to arrange delivery, which I really appreciated. The installation company (ClemoTech AV) he recommended was just as impressive—professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service
The response to my call to the Richer Sounds telesales line was prompt and the sales representative, Dominic, was polite, friendly and helpful. I have always found this to be the case with Richer Sounds, whether over the phone or in store. It is because of this that Richer Sounds are always my "go to" for TVs and hi-fi.

Always a great experience
Always a great experience. Been shopping with them for decades and consistent on service and value, and probably the only place I'd expect to get useful advice. This time round I was getting a refund on my 6 year guarantee. No quibbles. Who else does that these days?!

Wanted to buy a radio, so I looked around the internet to decide what do I want. When sure of my requirements, I phoned the Croydon store, where I was greeted by very knowledgeable and helpful person. He sent me an email with links for desired products, all specifications and reviews included. Read through them, picked out one I wanted and ordered online. Next day it was delivered!
I’m very impressed by the sales team.
