Knowledgeable staff but additional offered wall fitting service was a huge let down which ruined the experience ie Waited over a week and then told another two weeks with no response to a simple enquiry. Disappointing that Richer Sounds uses someone with not their high standards of customer service

Great company, have used them since the 70's

Paul was very helpful when buying a DVD player/recorder and sent an email with a link to the manual. Didn't need it in the end as it actually came with a paper manual but good of him to do that. Kept informed by Richer sounds when it would be arriving and got it the following day. We will be shopping with Richer Sounds again.

I made a genuine mistake and bought the wrong TV stand for the wall and was very happy that the item was taken back, without any fuss

Was able to call to check stock levels. Paul was able to put an order in specifically for the item I needed, while also providing some solid advice at the same time.

Very helpful and friendly customer services... I was not happy with my initial TV purchase, but it was easy to return and upgrade to something more suitable. Store also ordered the wrong size TV but I was able to call and sort it out over the phone. Ordered Sunday received first thing Wednesday morning, Only downside was parking which was expensive and difficult to find.
