Somehow my address was input…
Somehow my address was input incorrectly but when I noticed I spoke to the Hanley shop where I purchased my TV and soundbar. On the delivery date I received a message from the delivery team and explained to the team and they corresponded with the shop and delivered straight into my living room. Very pleased with the service 👍

probably the best Delivery experience…
probably the best Delivery experience I've ever had. The chap who delivered the Samsung HW-Q990F soundbar to my living room, spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the help I could expect from richer sounds, should I need it. He was really complementary of all the good things they will do for their customers. Richer sounds are very lucky to have this man working for them. Many thanks 👍👍👍
