Top service as always
No surprise to me that Richer Sounds service is superb. I’ve been dealing with them for 30 years or more & am never disappointed. New TV arrived safely delivered by Mark. Asked a few questions (as it’s my first ‘smart’ TV) & got good answers. The only thing I need now is an Einstein to help me navigate through the set-up options!

Delivery made on time with good prior communication, backed up by website tracking facility.
Gareth & Rob were very helpful and considerate when manhandling my purchases into the house.

Went very smoothly
Communication from the delivery team on the day was good and delivered with no fuss.
Only issue is that we were informed of the delivery date and time less than 24 hours prior. Luckily there was somebody available.
