The delivery time window was met perfectly plus the phone call just prior to delivery was most helpful. Both of the guys Zak and Ian were polite helpful and professional.

Trav delivered the TV and placed it inside for me. He clearly explained what I needed to do next and made sure everything was in place. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout. Great service.

Gareth & Rob were great - called 25 mins before delivery, were very friendly & helped bring the TV into the lounge.

Kept me informed of delivery details & confirmed 30 minutes prior to making the delivery, which was completed smoothly & in a polite, friendly manner

I ordered a 98" TLC TV, I did a bit of reasurch and it was this model or a hisense UH8 as I wanted android for the app.
The only problem was the instructions didn't show how to wall mount it very well. But I found a video on YouTube. The mounting point is very low so I had to drop the wall bracket, not a big issue, but I didn't realise it was so heavy until I needed 3 people to lift it up. But for the price its amazing value, sounds excellent as is the pictures. I'll watch lord of the rings tonight as I've never seen it before.
Next up a surround sound system.

Ordered a tv, opted for the free delivery expecting a slower service. Delivery was made faster than one working day on a bank holiday, which surpassed all expectations. The delivery itself was exemplary, if only other companies offered the same service.

Our product was delivered by Trav and Rob, who couldn’t be nicer. The contact was superb and they accommodated our needs, especially with the delivery coming sooner than expected.

Gareth and Rob communicated well and avoided delivery to the wrong address by calling before the due delivery date and clarifying matters.

On the day they carried in the package, asked if they should remove their shoes at the door and deposited it in the specified location.

They were polite, timely and professional, a good example of high quality service.

Richer Sounds was in my top 2 to start looking for my new TV. I’d shopped there before three or four times over the years and every time was a big success. This time was no different. From browsing (where I was instantly offered an unexpected and very large discount) to delivery in something like 36 hours. The delivery guys, Zak and Ian were considerate, friendly, and helpful.
