Awesome experience with Richer Sounds again
Fantastic experience with the very knowledgeable staff at Richer Sounds Lichfield store.
Helped with the purchase of our new TCL TV and Panasonic 4K player.
Gareth and Paul completed the whole experience with their careful and polite delivery of the above. Carried it through a very busy house to the appropriate room.

Great communication on delivery times
Great communication on delivery times , with an additional msg to say they were 15mins away. Trav and Rob were fab, polite and friendly asking where I wanted my package and giving advice on how to check it. Really cool service.

Excellent end-to-end service
Excellent website that offered VIP discounts. Excellent after order service. Made a separate order via the Manchester store by phone, which was delivered about 20 minutes after my main order. Staff at that store were super helpful and gave me a further discount.
Delivery of the main equipment was smooth. Has great communication from the delivery team.
They even carried everything upstairs for me.
Best end-to-end service I've had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Both Gareth and Rob were true professionals. Rang ahead, arrived as intended, treated the massive box with the respect it deserved. Immaculate box, with zero signs of dirt or damage, Once inside asked where I would like it set down. Perfect and what a delivery team should strive to be - other delivery teams could learn a lot from their lead. Very happy customer!

Never heard of the company before my dad told me about them and we ended up going to buy my tv from them. The best buying experience I could have asked for to be honest. Ended up having such a good deal with the tv I was getting I ended up buying the surround sound as well because I couldnt pass up such a good deal. When it come to the delivery it was perfect very respectful drivers and handles the boxes with care and consideration, as well the boxes being in such a good condition considering they sit in a warehouse before being delivered, honestly 10/10 service I will 100% recommend and continue to purchase future tvs and/or sound systems.

A very easy process
A very easy process, good staff in the shop, the delivery staff were fantastic, on time with the delivery, and offered some good advice,the product was in first class condition, very easy to setup, I felt if I had a problem the staff at Richer sounds would have been there for me. As a company I would definitely recommend them
