Ordered a lg 77” Oled tv
Ordered a lg 77” Oled tv, great service from Zak and Ian , text on morning of delivery with a 2 hour window, then a little later they followed up with a phone call, to say they were 30 minutes away.
On arrival they confirmed where I wanted tv and put it in the exact spot, both a credit to there company.
Tv has to stay in box until weekend, can’t wait to set up

The delivery team (Tracy and Trav) contacted me 15 minutes prior to the delivery on the date scheduled to ensure I was ready to receive delivery. They arrived spot on time and delivered the item very professionally and efficiently.

Staff at the Prestwich store in Manchester was so helpful with my TV entertainment that I required the delivery was seamless and the delivery drivers carried the equipment upstairs into my flat and was so friendly and helpful I would fully recommend richer sounds fantastic service
