Richer Sounds - Distribution Reviews 

Received our delivery today with Mark and Trav, excellent communication as they called 20 minutes before. They brought the tv right into the house and even gave my husband some tips. Even made a fuss of the dogs. We have had recent issues with another company delivering TVs so bad that we cancelled altogether and bought from richer sounds so it was refreshing to not have any issues.

Tracey and Paul arrived on schedule to deliver my Sony TV from Richer Sounds. They checked the box for any damage, took photographs and kindly lifted my old heavy TV off the sideboard and onto the floor.

Great experience with Richer sounds delivery team. Warwick and Rob were really friendly and helpful with the delivery itself, but they went above and beyond giving me lots of installation tips for putting up my new TV. Thanks for all your help

The two people who delivered our TV were very courteous and carefully delivered the goods in a timely manner. We were kept well informed of progress and even got a phone call when they were 15 minutes away.

This how a delivery service should work, Paul and Trav text me on the delivery date with an approximate time and asked would I be there. Which was really handy as we have a very small road leading to our house, texted them back with a locals way to enter the lane (not on google maps)
They then phone saying be there in 20 mins. Perfect nice and easy service.

Richer Sounds what a fab company, online and telesales had the two tv’s in stock at really good prices no one else could match the stock or the prices.

Extremely efficient service throughout

I opted for the free 5 day delivery delivered in 3 days.
My new tv was delivered by Gareth what a lovely well mannered guy he carried the tv into my lounge for me and explained all about my tv couldn’t have done more. A massive asset to Richer Sounds.

Trav and Zak came to deliver my Tv this morning. They rang me before and asked if they could deliver earlier than time advised. So they came earlier and followed my instructions as my property is not easy to find. They brought there in and placed in where I wanted it. They were super friendly. Great communication from clicking the Order button on the website through confirmation of order, confirmation of shipping, to a phone call to let us know delivery when delivery was 15 minutes away.

Nothing was too much trouble for Gareth and Mark - cheerily and willingly offering to deliver my new TVs to the exact room, even checking if I'd rather them remove their shoes.
