The overall experience from ordering in store to delivery was great. Service cannot be faulted. Ordered Monday received next day. Gareth (delivery man) called roughly 10 minutes before arrival. Asked if needed anywhere specific when he had arrived. A very pleasant experience all together.

Great delivery service from Rob and Trav - clear messages to let us know when the delivery slot would be and then a call to say they would be there within the half hour, all kept to time.
TV was delivered to room of choice and done in a professional, courteous and polite manner.
Great service and friendly guys, faultless and fantastic!

From purchase to delivery, Richer Sounds were excellent. I had a potential issue where the delivery might have arrived while I was out, but Gareth and his colleague went out of their way to ensure it reached me before I had to leave. Their effort was above and beyond what most companies offer.

Amazing customer service
I had no idea how amazing the customer service is from Richer Sounds. Every part of the purchase has been an example of how all companies should treat their customers. The delivery drivers Karol and Paul were also excellent with clear communication on times and a courtesy call ahead of delivery. Can't recommend them highly enough

Excellent customer service!
Very pleased with all the staff at Richer Sounds - both in the store (Tom) & the delivery team (Karol & Paul).
Great communication - received messages of expected time delivery & then they phoned when nearer to say they will arrive in about 15/20 minutes. Karol & Paul were polite & friendly & took care with our new tv.
Highly recommend Richer Sounds & would definitely use again!

I have been a long time customer of Richer Sounds from way back when I was in my teens...
But this was the first time I have anything delivered.
What can I say apart from exceptional. I was given a delivery slot of between 10-12. Then I was contacted with a delivery time as they were nearer.
Tracy and Rob were very polite and helpful they are a credit to the company.
