It was great to be able to make an appointment and to listen to some options of audio equipment in the listing room. Very friendly and professional service. Overall a great experience. Recommended.

Update: The equipment I ordered arrived one day earlier than expected, which was a great. I purchased an amplifier (Marantz PM7000N) and speakers (Klipsch R-600F). It sounds great and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Excellent advice from Jamie. I had an idea of what TV I wanted + he didn't try to push me to a more expensive model TV, explained the differences so I could make my own choice.

Great product and advice from sales assistants

Just purchased an LG Smart TV and Soundbar. Tony the shops Manager was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the right Model to suit my needs. Very competitive pricing and for a small fee I chose next day delivery. Unfortunately I had problems linking the TV to the soundbar (due to limited and poor connection details supplied by LG). Tony came around and speedily sorted it for me. I am a Tech Savvi Pensioner, but this had me beat. Cannot speak highly enough about the level of Customer Care and Service. Have purchased from the ETON Branch before and will continue to do so as my needs arise. Many Many Thanks

When my AV receiver stopped working I rang windsor and eton store which is my go to closest branch , Jamie told me to bring it in and he’d have a look for me , service was quick and confirmed my problem with the unit his colleague ( who I can’t remember his name) quickly confirmed that it was still in warranty and rapidly packed it to be sent for repair , I expected it to be @ 1 -2 weeks turnover but it was fixed back in store in a matter of days, so happy and the guys there were professional and friendly 110%

Great customer service from Tony over the phone during my enquiries for a 77 inch TV, easy to order over the phone, great price versus alternative suppliers plus you get 6 years warranty instead of the std 5, deferred delivery until we were back home, excellent delivery service from BJS. Have been a RS customer for may years and they never fail to offer exceptional prices and service.

Patient and intelligent team, who took time to understand my requirements and ensure I had what I needed without overselling or seeing me with equipment I did not need.

Friendly and very helpful staff who go out of their way to help

Not the best experience unfortunately. It took three deliveries to finally get a Tv that wasn’t damaged. The first two had cracks in the rear panel. I have lost two half days of work waiting in for extra collections and deliveries. Richer Sounds priced matched a Tv that I had found cheaper elsewhere but due to all the problems it has ended costing me a great dark more. I’ve had to chase them each time to get things sorted and didn’t even get a courtesy call/email to check everything has been finally sorted.

All in all not a great experience dealing with Richer Sounds. A shame as they usually have such good and positive reviews.

Edit** no further response from Tom who wrote the reply below however I did finally receive a call (over a week later) to check the third Tv was now ok. Not what I would calls as great customer service but I guess I do now have a new Tv without damage however it would have been much cheaper to have gone elsewhere and not had the loss of time involved in three deliveries.

It’s nice to still have a place where you can speak to an expert and try out the product. James and the team are the reason I will always go to Richer Sounds.

We were greeted at the door and immediately felt like a valued potential customer. There was no “hard sell” and our requirements were understood and options given. The entire purchase was a very pleasant experience.

Richie Sounds has been my go to shop for home entertainment for over 2 decades! This recent visit and purchase was as all the others, excellent. I bought the Majority internet radio on line and picked up in store. The radio is straightforward to set up, pleased with it's performance.

I phoned the shop beforehand to ensure the product was in stock. Phone was answered promptly and Jamie was very informative. When we got there, Jamie remembered us. We asked for advice and Jamie recomended a TV upgrade, and he added a discount and an additional NHS discount which swayed us. It's a very good TV at the price given. Jamie was very helpful.

As usual really good service , nothing is to much trouble which is so refreshing in this day and age , can't wait to go back later this month and finish off my new system , the MXN 10 is a great piece of kit , met my expectations completely
