Excellent Customer Engagement
Mark was amazing. Very patient during the demo, we asked to hear several combinations which he accommodated happily. Once we decided, with his guidance, he got us the best deal he could.
We set all the equipment up, very happy.
Superb shop and customer service, highly recommended. We will be a returning customer

Denon PMA600NE bargain
The amplifier was a clearance bargain. No damage, works perfectly. Already reduced in price, I was given the VIP reduction of 10%, a total of £100 off full price (or 25%). I reserved it and it was ready for me to collect. Works well with my ProJect turntable bought from the very same shop.

Store / on line purchase
Originally went to the Eton High Street store and the Deputy Manager Zac, gave me some very useful advice, but I was not able to make a purchase there as I was not sure of dimensions of TV stand required. Once I measured up I made the purchase on line using Zac's recommendations and also taking advantage of the 6 year guarantees. Excellent service both in store and on line, delivery was also within the time slot given.

Thank you for your feedback, although I was genuinely concerned to read you have had problems with the system you purchased from us.
Having investigated with the store manager, I understand the set up issues you experienced were solely down to a technical setting within the amplifier; although initially fixed with some advice over the phone, after you experienced the same problem again the store manager personally visited you to after the shop closed to resolve things.
