i put in an order for a £900.00 HI FI system i was
told you would contact me when it was in and nearly 3 months later i found you only to be told the order
had got lost not over impressed
but i am very impressed with Cambridge hi-fi

Walked in and bought a TV had it in the van I'm under 20 mins Taylor was incredible walked in mentioned a model she then stated we have a ex display which will cost more but definitely an upgrade and holy god the picture quality is insane she was helpful and handy even gave me a hand to put it in the back of my van couldn't fault the service I know where I'm getting my TVs from now on

Always buy from Richer if I have the option, even if not the absolute cheapest, because their service, staff and collection from shop is second to none. The JBL 200 is a brilliant smart speaker too, can’t recommend highly enough.

Richer Sounds in Guildford, is my go-to place for all things Hi-Fi. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and are all very knowledgeable. They are always more than willing to assist you however they can, whether that be to explain what 'something does' or even demo an item if that's required. This trip was a little different, as I knew exactly what I was purchasing, so I chose Richer Sounds because not only was I able to get everything I wanted in the one place, but there were decent offers on a couple of the items. I purchased a new 'desktop' amp, a new headphone DAC Amp, along with a pair of new Klipsch Reference Speakers, with some new made to order speaker cables.
Yet again Franklin was superb, and organised everything, and even made the cables up while I waited, so I could leave with them. I can't recommended them highly enough, Richer sounds should be everyone's 'GO-TO' place for all things sound & vision/Hi-Fi !!

Brilliant service once again from Richer Sounds. The staff really know their stuff and it's obvious they take pride in what they do. From dealing with my initial product enquiries on the phone, to the in-store appointment and demos, to a follow-up email to check that everything (a Samsung OLED TV) was set up OK and we are happy with our purchase... it's all done perfectly. They explain things clearly, demonstrate clearly, and answer all your questions clearly. This is how service should be delivered. I'm not sure why anyone would consider going anywhere else for TVs, audio/hifi and the like. And all this for the best price, too!
Guildford store for this latest Richer Sounds purchase, and have used the Southampton store previously, where the staff and service are also great. Thank you!

Dan your deputy manager at the Guildford branch really looked after me regarding my recent purchase of a sub woofer to enhance my music system at home. He had researched the initial interference problems I was experiencing and we purchased a proper single wire from the sub to the amp to overcome the problem - now sorted and the sub woofer really is great. Thanks Dan most happy is me!
