Richer Sounds - Guildford Reviews 

Have made a few (too many!) purchases from the guilford branch of richer sounds recently and every time they’ve excelled with their customer service, knowledge and general demeanour. Thank you once again richer sounds for being so good to deal with!

Great prices and service.
I called rather than visited as I knew what I wanted. I needed a particular delivery date and couldn't seem to get that through the website. No problem whatsoever, managed to order over the phone and all taken care of.

Due to an illness, I was not able to visit the store. I e-mailed Tayla, the store manager at the Guildford branch. We discussed options for a new HiFi online.
Tayla was absolutely brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. She never pushed the most expensive and actually recommended a cheaper turntable with better quality.
Great service

Great responsiveness of the manager of Guildford. Suitable discount agreed for purchase of 2 top of the Sony range of tv's. The only downside was delivery was one day later than agreed and the drivers were pretty miserable.

Great range of amps and patient knowledgeable advice to make the right selection. Many thanks!

Great advice from Tayla at the Guildford branch over recent days about my choice of 4K TV and stand. I had intended to visit to make my purchase but things prevented me and I had to order by phone instead where Dan was equally courteous and helpful. My order is now on its way and I look forward to reviewing that in due course.

Somehow Richer sounds always have such amazing staff. The team at Guildford are no different. They really care about the advice they give and are attentive on the phone and in person. I dropped in to discuss sound bars and then rang to arrange a demo. They asked which member of staff I had spoken to, to try and have them cover the demo. I then got the date wrong but they fitted me in anyway. I did not even bother checking online, just bought it there and then.

The TV is great. I appreciated your advice not to buy a more expensive TV.

Needed some info about an LG Oled C series. Their website gave me all the knowledge I needed. Everything is very detailed and broken down to help viewers understand the various features.

Modern TVs are so complicated it is great that Richer Sounds has knowledgeable staff who are helpful and unbiased. As a result we are very pleased with our purchase.

Had very good customer service from Richersounds. My order was damaged in transit by the courier but sorted out quickly by the staff at the shop.

Had no problems with the service Dan was very helpful and ordered the cambridge audio music streamer to be delivered on Tuesday which was great the only issue is it turned up on Monday which was great but ment I was working and my wife had to cancel a appointment so someone was home to receive it. Also I phone the store and asked if they had them in stock before visiting the store as its 1 hour drive for me but they had none when I got there. next time I will ask if they have things in store before visiting.

A completely straightforward transaction.
Checked the item was in stock, verified the trade-in discount, and collected it the following day.
