Just taken delivery of my new TV and everything went perfectly
I called Richer Sounds at about 16:50 just after work, I knew I may not get through as they close at 5pm. I was put through to the Guildford Store and spoke to Daniel (Dan)
He was more than happy to help. Informative & Friendly, even at the end of the day.

Knowledgeable staff without being pushy.Good experience.

I made my purchase online but just needed a few questions answered, so I telephoned my local store ( Guildford ). Who were absolutely amazing, they answered all my queries and helped complete my purchase ( LG oled tv ) which is fantastic. My tv was delivered two days later. When purchasing expensive items, I do some web product research then look for a local ( preferrably specialist) retailer and seek out friend recommendations. Discovering Richer Sounds for the first time I was highly impressed by the knowledgable

I had a good idea of what I wanted at a certain price point, but when shown working examples of the available options, my view shifted. Taking into account the at-home constraints that influenced our discussion, I was traded up to Samsung QN90F technology and, now that it has been installed, we are delighted with our choice and the service that we received. Furthermore, the delivery service was impeccable and the installer impressive, although we are in contact about a performance issue with the sub-woofer that came with the recommended soundbar (which I was expecting to be added to my purchase). And all this, with free VIP Club membership, at a highly competitive price. Thank you, Franklin!
