Even though we were shopping with a lower budget, the care, thought and customer service we received was exemplary! Daniel could not have been more friendly and kind - he made sure that he fully understood our requirements (and budget) before making the best recommendation for us. All of the staff we saw in the store were extremely welcoming.

Very impressed! I was given sound advice over the best CD/ radio player for my needs. A shop model was set up for me to try my CDs instore before purchasing the player. I was even given helpful instructions on how to set up my new player at home. I could not have asked for more! I highly recommend Richer Sounds in Holborn for their excellent service.

Always an absolute pleasure. I visited Holborn store for a quick purchase after earlier reserving the item. What followed was a smooth and pleasant exchange before leaving the store happy.

The chap who served me was new to Richer Sounds but handled everything with aplomb. I have experienced this at every richer sounds I’ve been too, there is no better hifi/av shop.

Great insight and assistance from the shop staff on selecting the right system for us.

5 star as usual. This time ordered a REL T5x subwoofer - all easy, good advice given (& taken). Delivery was days earlier than expected (DPD) which made a welcome change from the antics of some of the other delivery companies. Also was very impressed as received a follow up call a few days later to see if all was ok with the unit. Such a good place to deal with.

The staff did not come across as friendly. I asked for a recommendation, but the response felt unwelcoming. I made the purchase out of urgency, but I’m unlikely to return to this branch.

Great store with wonderful staff (especially Alan!), I’m glad they’re local to me and have already been very helpful with a spare part I needed. I will be mindful to buy from them directly, instead of mindlessly going with their online store (which is separate) or any online store like Amazon or whatever.

The staff knew what I was talking about and what they were talking about. This is increasingly rare on the high street.

They were also engaged and pleasant to deal with.

Visited Richer Sounds at Holborn and even though the store had limited stock in my price range, I received excellent advice from Daniel, so went ahead and made the purchase online.
The quality of advice is the reason I know I'll return to Richer Sounds.

I’m pleased with the product but there was an issue with the click and collect order which was sorted very swiftly and efficiently once I flagged it up. I think I would definitely buy from Richer Sounds again as I think they offer good value for money and their service is impressive
