Great service, knowledgeable advice and unbeatable price and warranty. Always purchase from Richer Sounds, and no reason to change. Ordered in the evening and was delivered next morning.

I had already bought at LG OLED G5 TV, having received great service from the Hull store of Richer Sounds - specifically helped by Paul. However, although I wanted the wall-mounted version, I niaively thought there would be a stand with the TV, as well as the wall mounting bracket, as I wanted to initially set up the TV in place of my existing one, on a TV stand. I contacted Paul again, and without any hesitation, he identified the Sanus stand that I needed, gave me a very good deal and arranged for the delivery; all over the phone within minutes. My stand was delivered 48 hours later. Fantastic service yet again, all making my loyalty as a customer of Richer Sounds even stronger. Thank you,

Hi, yes I was helped to make a choice of speaker cable which I am very pleased with,I have been held up fitting the new cables as waiting for bi- wire strips,But all sorted now .

Having purchased products from Richer sounds before the friendliness of the staff , their expert guidance , all make purchasing a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Whilst many purchase from the internet these days I prefer to shop locally , especially when it comes to significant purchases , where I can go into the shop , talk to someone and see and listen to a range of products .
