Richer Sounds - Hull Reviews 

I was greeted by Joey at the Hull branch and he listened to what I wanted and he provided me with what I needed. I have worked in the retail business for over 35 years and found the service excellent and I'm really looking forward to setting up my new system with the knowledge that I can rely on the team at Richer Sounds Hull.

Exceptionally Excellent Service from Richer Sounds, my tv after 4years was not repairable so under the 6 year guarantee I was credited with half of the original price against a new tv .Thanks to David at Customer services and Kal at the Hull branch I had a new tv delivered in 48 hours. Wanted some specific speaker cable. The RS website gave me exact details of how much was available in each store to the nearest metre, and the price per metre.
Visited Hull store. Very pleasant staff and they had the exact amount specified on the website. Impressive.

The customer service is brilliant, Laurie was excellent, very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are more than competitive, the deciding factor is the warranty! 6 years on many items.

We received good helpful advice to make our purchase of a new tv set.
In addition we also received great help to claim cash back
Through the 6 year guarantee on our previous faulty set. Which reduced the cost of the new replacement TV set which has a 7 year guarantee

No complaints whatsoever love my marantz cd player and my studio monitors!

Excellent customer service and knowledge. We went to Richer Sounds Hull, to understand more about our TV / AV options. Paul (store manager) was incredibly helpful and understanding and helped us with our options and offered invaluable options and opinions with some of the choices. Thank you.

I went in to purchase a turntable and speakers and was very impressed with Kal who set everything up so we could listen to the sound and then offered lots of advice on the options available to get the best from it, first class service all round.

Turntable arrived the day after ordering, fantastic service. As its a present I won't be trying it for a few weeks
