Having been the very first UK customer, to have a 115 inch Micro RGB 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart TV installed in my home. And I am so happy I bought it, it is an amazing TV, the colours are something I have never seen before, they are absolutely fantastic, and the picture quality is by far the best I have ever seen on any TV, better than being at the pictures, they are really that good, and I would recommend the TV to anyone.
Every time I turn this TV on, it puts a huge smile on my face, every time.
And thank you so much to Richer Sounds, has there kept me informed on every update, and also for organizing the installation, and the huck up to my surround sound system.

Great deal, friendly service and nice to be able to speak to the store rather than a call centre.

Initially gave me a very poor deal, I had to go to the competition to get a quote in order for them to give me a decent price.

Other than that I had no problems.

As always their customers service is unmatched. Order was placed online, they reserved the item in store for collection on the same day. Payment done at store.
Due to large package they helped me getting outside the store.

Welcoming, friendly staff - very knowledgeable. Good service.
Parking is a pain though.

The soundbar was out of stock so I had to wait for future deliveries from Japan. But Richer Sounds Leeds, had it delivered to me within 24 hours of receiving there shipment from Japan at the original agreed price. Thank you Richer Sounds.

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite and go that extra mile to deliver a good service. When they say something as simple as “we shall call you back” they actually do it, unlike most companies I have dealt with. Plus the 6 year warranty and great prices mean I would definitely go there for my next tv, and would recommend them to all!

Amazing surprise to be born in leeds 15 days after the collegues birthday in April 1978. Loyal supporter.

At home i found the receipt for a stereo separates system my mum and dad bought for me on 10th May 1996.

If anyones in to nostalgia and the potentially infinite use of projectors then ill happily call back in with the receipts and/or without the stereo too! Maybe a projected picture easier to carry round these days 🙃
