I’m sorry but I can’t remember the name of the guy who served me but he was brilliant. He’s set up two examples of speakers passive and active for me to listen to. He gave me a individual experience and really knew his stuff. It really was a great experience definitely a VIP I even got a mug which I love.

I have been buying from Richer Sounds in Leeds for about 30 years. The best customer service and knowledgeable staff in the industry by far. And, great prices too.

We were served by Harry who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and pitched his advice just right for our semi-novice level! I had particular criteria for the turntable I needed and he was able to guide us in the right direction. Also great attention to detail, double checking re features, stock availability before we made our choice and double-checking that the necessary cable was supplied with the model we chose. Thoroughly pleasant to deal with (and good music chat thrown in :) )

Got a great price on a reconditioned Cyrus amp with an additional discount for being a VIP Club member and the amp was delivered to my home by one of the store’s helpful staff.

Very helpful staff especially Anthony who dealt with us. Listened to what we were thinking of and pointed us in the direction that would best meet our needs.

On narrowing down my own choices for a new 65" TV I called Richer Sounds for impartial advice which I was given by a knowledgeable and friendly sales advisor. After answering my questions and highlighting the benefits from buying from them I made a purchase which I am delighted with.

Great products, competitively priced but what differentiates Richer Sounds is the people and the service. I received great advice in store and when I got home they answered all my queries to help me set everything up. Knowledgeable and nice people.

My experience at Richer Sounds was excellent. Derek was the gentleman whom served me and completely went out to do everything he possibly could to get me the right thing and make the correct decision. The shop itself was great with plenty to choose from and would highly recommend anyone who like myself is getting back into vinyl and wanting a turntable , speakers etc. A fantastic experience and would definitely go back again

Great communication from Rik at the Leeds store. He sent me photos of the actual unit (an open box Klipsch Core 200 soundbar) on WhatsApp.
Unit paid for via a secure link and arranged collection from the store next day.
No original box but it was all very well packaged up ready to collect.
Soundbar works perfectly and I was very pleased with the whole buying experience.

Had a great experience visiting the store in Leeds, Mikey was fantastic, no pressure and really helpful. Ordered a TV for delivery whilst in store. That was delivered today, even brought it into the house and left it in my room of choice, completely unexpected level of service.

After much deliberation, we arrived at the decision to buy a Ruark R3S compact music system to replace our old Bose wave radio.
It's a beautiful unit with wonderful sound and more input sources than you can shake a stick at, including an optical connection to our bedroom telly.
However, the lady of the house was pretty insistent that it should match our bedroom decor, so the walnut/lead grey grille colourway [seemingly discontinued :-( ] was her choice.
Big thanks to Derek at the Leeds branch, who went above and beyond the call of duty to open a number of boxes to ensure that we were in receipt of right (and increasingly rare) model.
She's happy, which means that I'm happy.
