The shop was quite busy so had to wait quite a while to be seen by a member of staff.
I was really pleased with the level of service, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on what I was looking for.

Very knowledgeable and helpful service from Paul in store. Set up the kit I was interested in hearing in the demonstration room, and gave me a thorough insight it to the product I was interested in purchasing. This is the third time of visiting the store, and the customer service is always excellent.

The service i received in the shop was excellent from Levi in your Leicester branch. I did however receive a 55 inch tv instead of a 50 inch television and was worried that it wouldn’t fit fortunately it has gone in ok although it does go over the window ledge a bit but still looks fine. I am very pleased with the sound and picture quality of the top of the range Hisense tv that I have purchased. Hope I’m still pleased in a years time. Thanks for all your help. Well done

Would have loved to provide 5 stars but unfortunately there was an issue with delivery which in turn delayed our install.

First class telesales. Spoke to someone who listened to what I wanted, communicated well, made an appropriate amount of small talk while we were sorting things out, facilitated an introductory VIP discount, and gave me an accurate estimate on delivery. (Which was actually bettered.)

Went into the Leicester branch with a basic idea of what I wanted in terms of hifi. After spending some considerable time with Jason I now have an amazing set up at home where I can listen to my vinyl and hear things I have never noticed before. Really pleased with the advice given to me and for Jason being able to interpret what I required and also keeping roughly to my budget. Shall definitely be back later in the year when I want to upgrade my turntable.
