I have just upgraded to a new LG OLED TV, and needed some advice on what the TV could do and how well it would connect to my other components. The Richer Sounds advisor, Tom, spent a full hour with me, discussed everything and gave me a full demonstration. So helpful.

Brilliant service from Bernell. I had seen a Marantz amplifier on your website which suited my needs. Bernell had one on display and went through the specs and operation of it. Had one in stock, so had that one. I also needed a hi-fi rack which he ordered for me. Rack was delivered in two days. Fantastic service.

I've shopped at Richer Sounds many times over the years. I've always found them to be very helpful and informative. I bought a new Amp via there website and chose to have it delivered to the Lichfield branch. They were very prompt with delivery and kept me informed throughout the transaction. I'd struggle to fault this branch!

I've had a brilliant experience with someone named Bernie from the Lichfield Branch, I taken my HIFI to him because I couldn't put the wires in the correct place, and Bernie went out of his way and the extra mile to help and to solve my issue..Bernie your a top guy, thank you for your expertise and help,

I had to pay for delivery because I had a hospital appointment and I needed to ensure I would be in for delivery. I felt this was unreasonable

Not in stock. Pick up ok. Not that friendly. No advice offered. Just felt routine, no different than picking up from the post office. Would expected a bit more ‘fuss’!

My 88 year old mum bought a Manhattan recorder from Richer Sounds in Lichfield. They installed it for her and have since been to help her twice when she has got confused with the remote control. They have dealt with her in an extremely kind and friendly manner, wouldn’t take any payment and have saved me a load of stress. I could not be more grateful and happy with the service the Lichfield store (and Luca) have provided.

Both myself and my partner have tried several times to buy ‘Sale Items’ but when you get to the payment part it doesn’t want your money !

Helpfull staff. Good range of products on display - though large screen TVs and associated sound bars etc are the main items on demonstration. Stereo systems and turntables on display though more from the budget ranges. Very competitive prices.

We had an appointment with Tom at Lichfield regarding extending my Sonos setup. Tom patiently took me through a number of options explaining the pros & cons along the way, which was great because what I ended up buying wasn't what I originally thought I needed. Tom was first class, with no sales push at all, which made the whole experience so much smoother. The results are great, which includes a Sonos mini sub, and arc unltra and a sub gen 4, along with a port and a fantastic Project turntable which sounds perfect through the Sonos port and my sonos ones. Thanks Tom for pointing me in the right direction - talking to the experts, like Tom at Lichfield, is highly recommended

Having used Richer Sounds previously we had no hesitation in using them again. We were looking for a TV for our bedroom and received excellent advice on which was best for our needs. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with, would definitely buy from them in future.

If Richer Sounds have the product we want then it's always our first port of call. What's not to like ? They match any price, if the product isn't in store they get it very quickly and the knowledge of the staff about their products is wonderful. My only negative comment is they need more staff because they're always so busy !

I have just purchased a Samsung 48" OLED television from Richer Sounds as they had the best price, it was in stock and they arranged for delivery the following day. I telephoned their telesales team who answered all of my questions and concerns. Excellent service and would definitely use them again.

I don’t write many reviews but Richer Sounds were so helpful that I couldn’t not ‘pay forward’ as the Americans say.

I’m a bit of a tight wad when it comes to buying anything. I want a bargain, or at least good value.

After reading umpteen reviews I went looking for a good CD player. Richer sounds were selling one at a decent price but I also wanted the £10 off when signing up. Well I didn’t receive it automatically. The reason..well I’d signed up originally many moons ago, but because they had reset/updated their site/database whatever I had to sign up again. Signing up a second time connected my data up to the original signing on. Well shout outs to Sebastian at telesales, and Lucash (spelt wrong probably) and another guy at the Lichfield store, who despite being busy and getting a call out of the blue, helped me out no end and I was given the £10 discount despite having already received one years before. OK so it’s only £10 but that gesture speaks volumes for the attitude of the company. The player arrived two days later. All is good. Thanks everyone, your kindness and patience is much appreciated. 👍👍
