Thank you for your feedback although I was sorry to read your comments about the HDMI cable. I understand that this was a promotion advertised online , so I'm sorry that the store didn't include this and will refresh them on the offer ASAP as well as stressing the importance of being up to date with these.

I just wanted an entry level hifi that just played vinyl. He gave great advice and I ended up an Argon set-up

Easy to order online and communicate with the team on the phone whilst purchasing the TV.
Also to mention the delivery company Richer Sounds use were great too. Within 5 mins of the TV being delivered we had a follow up call to ensure the item was received in good condition.

Staff at Maidstone were VERY helpful, listened to my requirements, patiently explained the new technology to me, and did NOT try to upsell me.
I called the store post post set up to ask for some help and got instant customer support.

I recently bought a set of Bower & Wilkins PX8 headphones. The staff as normal were very friendly and polite, putting up with me being indecisive.
The reason, I am only giving 4 stars, and my main criticism was connecting the PX8 to my phone (It probably took 20 minutes to half an hour). We tried for quite some time to get the headphones connected, but it wouldn't show up on my phone (Probably because you have to go through the app), which nobody seemed to realise. Also, the test headphones were on very low charge, so they had to be charged up first.
Probably the main reason for this was because the headphones were boxed up, but it is the little details.
I had considered returning the headphones I eventually bought, as they were giving me a headache. There staff did say I could but advised me to try and stretch the headband out (which I had been doing) but they said to do it over a longer period, which worked.
