Great Service and advice would definitely recommend Richer Sounds for your next TV purchase.

After extensive research, I decided to upgrade to the Eversolo DMP-A8, and I couldn’t be happier. While I was originally eyeing the A6 Gen 2 (which was on pre-order), Jay from the Maidstone branch kept me fully updated on stock levels. His communication was top-tier, which gave me the confidence to pivot to the A8.
Jay made the transition seamless, utilizing their secure "over-the-phone" payment link, and true to his word, the unit was delivered by DPD the very next day.
As for the A8 itself? It’s a total game-changer. I’ve integrated it into my full setup—running my turntable via the analogue inputs (through a phono pre-amp), my Blu-ray and CD player via Optical, and both my Tascams via Coaxial. The connectivity is incredible, and those VU meters are the icing on the cake. Huge thanks to Jay and the team for a stress-free, professional experience!

We were welcomed in by Piers at the Maidstone store and we spent a few hours discussing our different needs and wants.

He was brilliant and totally understood us and sold us a great tv. (Not that we can work it yet as it’s sooo far advanced that it keeps speaking to us and we can’t work out why but we will work that out).

We felt comfortable, welcome and not stupid which is massive to us. We haven’t bought a new tv for 15 years so a bit behind the times.

Would highly recommend Richer Sounds. Full of knowledge and not a massive conglomerate.

Well run and organised. Competitive prices and delivery of my LG OLED TV was the morning after I ordered it. Plus free extended warranty. Overall a very good buying experience. My family and friends have used them many times over the last few years and have always had good service.

Was loosely browsing for a pair of speakers in Richer Sounds at Maidstone. Sam came to our assistance and was nothing but helpful. He showed us a pair of Dali speakers that were reduced, and set them up for us to hear whilst we shopped elsewhere. When we returned they were all ready and sounded great. We bought them and are happy. Then a week later Sam called me to see if they were ok. What great customer service and well worth a 5 star review. Well deserved Sam, and thank you 👍

The item I purchased was out of stock at time of ordering. Both the online sales team and the team at Richer Sounds, Maidstone were very helpful advising likely delivery date.
I requested the item be delivered for my collection to the Maidstone shop via DPD. The whole process ran very smoothly and without a hitch.
I have been buying my hifi and tech from Richer Sounds on and off for years. Its great to see the same faces in the Maidstone shop from one visit to the next. That says a lot about continuity and quality of service.

Loved the individual element of the service Piers took time to advice and help me make my decision however I changed my mind in some stands and changed the speakers for floor ones, however that was my choice, th exchange was made easy so overall my experience was a great one
